    Augusta

    Biobusiness incubator on Augusta University's Health Sciences Campus, with capacity for five entrepreneurial life sciences companies. Each company suite has a large wet laboratory with benches, sinks, desks and storage, a dedicated tissue-culture room, and two furnished offices. Shared facilities include a darkroom, conference rooms with teleconference, autoclave room, break room, mail/copy services and parking, plus access to university core labs.

    Duluth

    Private for-profit medical device venture incubator founded 1999 in Duluth. Unlike open-application incubators, it creates, launches and manages its own portfolio companies, providing product invention, quality systems, business formation, financing, staffing, product development, IP development, prototyping, regulatory assistance and clinical testing. Has launched six medical-related enterprises.
