    Private for-profit medical device venture incubator founded 1999 in Duluth. Unlike open-application incubators, it creates, launches and manages its own portfolio companies, providing product invention, quality systems, business formation, financing, staffing, product development, IP development, prototyping, regulatory assistance and clinical testing. Has launched six medical-related enterprises.
